Laundry...did you know that 90% of the energy used when washing your clothes is used to heat the water! If you turn your temperature setting to a colder setting you will reduce the amount of energy it takes to heat the water and your electric bill will also be less at the end of the month. Hot water can also fade your clothes, so now they will last longer.
So turn that dial to cold and see the savings each month and you will decrease your consumption of energy to help save our enviornment.
